We despair at the amount of really bad poetry being written and published to the web these days! If you are looking for the tired and cliched, or the sophomoric and banal, go somewhere else. We expect a writer of poetry to read as much contemporary poetry as possible. We seek deeply felt experiences expressed maturely within a unique style of writing. We want to be moved. When you read our poetry, we hope that it moves you in the same way that it moves us. We try to publish the kind of poetry that you would want to read again and again. Send us your best poetry in the body of an email. WE DO NOT OPEN ATTACHMENTS!! We publish poetry written in any style, from traditional to experimental. . Please do not send rhyming poetry that reads like a greeting card! Be creative, express yourself! Fascinate us with your writing skills! We will also consider short stories UP TO 500 words please.Again, avoid trite and tried. Move us with your words. Captivate us with your writing! Heck, we'll look at anything you want to offer.
